Phone number field missing, when adding a store from Vendor page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Enatega Admin Dashboard'
Click on Vendors option from general dropdown.
Now click any vendor , click on View option.
See error there Store option now add a store from there
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Start in the Enatega Admin Dashboard at Vendors, open a vendor with View, then use the Store option to reproduce the add-store flow. Review the attached p.1.mp4 and verify that the phone number field appears in this form and can be used before considering the issue complete.
