BUG with tracker user access
Even when `Make private` in the `Edit project` is disabled, if I am not added as a project / space member (e.g. my other Charles account, with no photo, for testing), when I am being assigned to a ticket within this space / project , in the notifications, it says I cannot access the ticket. and as soon as I am being added to the project / space member’s list, then I can see it.
