[BUG] Issue descriptions are not being saved or editable after creation

#### Description:

When creating a new issue in Huly, I'm able to write a description during the creation process. However, after the issue is created, the description disappears, it's not saved or displayed anywhere. Additionally, there's no option to edit the issue to add or modify the description afterward.
This makes it difficult to document or track context for the issue.

#### Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new issue in Huly.
2. Fill in the title and description fields.
3. Submit the issue.
4. Notice that the description is missing and cannot be edited.

#### Expected behavior:
The description should be saved and displayed in the issue view. It should also be editable after creation.

#### Environment:

Browser: Firefox 139.0 (64 bit)
OS: Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS
