Asking for password when authorized through GitHub

### Description of the issue

When using the Controlled Documents Module, submitting a draft for review/approval prompts for a password. However, as I am authenticated through GitHub, I do not have a password to input, making it impossible to use this feature.

### Expected behaviour

Using an additonal App-PIN, Re-Authentication with GitHub, E-Mail 2FA, or anything similar to provide additional confirmation for actions like this, or just omitting this step completely.
