Feature request : Admin Panel for managing workspace as super user

Hello,

I'm creating an issue for a feature request that I believe would be super useful in self deployed instance.

The feature would be to have a unified way to manage workspace and users across a single huly instance.

Some of the feature I believe who would be nice to have

- Create / List / Update / Delete workspace
- User list / User delete or deactivate
- Service status : A page that would list all the service enabled across the huly deployment and maybe the missing ones
- Action logs
- Error logs

Please tell me if it's not the correct place to create that kind of ticket and if there is a more correct place to post it.
And if it's the correct place, it would be nice to discuss the exact needs of features for everyone else.
