Bug: Can't delete sub-types

I just deleted a few sub-types (on front), now they are gone from the direct parent’s page, but are still visible on the parent’s parent. They’re also gone from the nested UI in Cards, but are still accessible on the menu when changing the Type of a Card.

Here you can see all the deleted sub-types are still visible on the parent’s parent:


But on the direct parent, they are gone (this is correct and expected):


Now in Cards you can see they are gone from the left side nav, but I can still use these sub-types:
