Description

When a chat channel is open, and I'm typing `@` in the text box, a list of suggested users appear. But it is not useful since they're just 5 completely random users. It would be great, if the people actually participating in the channel are suggested.

Research direction

Start at the chat channel text box's @-mention suggestion flow and trace how the five users are selected. Done means suggestions show people participating in the open channel rather than unrelated random users.
