[BUG] Toolbar Misalignment

Description
**1. Steps to Reproduce:**
- In the textbox write a long text (enough to make it scrollable).
- Double-click a word to trigger the formatting toolbar.
- Observe the toolbar's positioning relative to the textbox.
**2. Expected Behavior:**
- The toolbar should remain aligned with the textbox even after scrolling.
**3.Actual Behavior:**
- The toolbar appears in the correct position initially but moves far above the intended position when scrolling.
