Bug: Sorting Employees by Name in Contacts View Doesn't Work Correctly

Description
In the Contacts view, when attempting to sort employees by name, they are not ordered alphabetically. It seems that the sorting function is not working as expected.
Please check the attached image to see how the employees are sorted incorrectly.
