Fix all project not showing in github integration

When you install the GitHub integration and select your repository from the dropdown to connect Huly to a project, it does not display the complete list of projects.

This issue seems to occur when you uninstall GitHub from a project and then attempt to reinstall it.

This is something I had to do since my GitHub randomly disconnected itself and stopped creating issues. I tried to reconnect again, but that project is no longer available to select from the connect dropdown.

Instead, it randomly shows that it is connected to jappleseeds.com inside the project. I have no idea what this is, but it must be something you have hard-coded. Since it thinks its still connected to a Github project (jappleseed.com) that might be why it doesn't show in the dropdown.

There's 2 problems here:

1. There is a random disconnect with my GitHub, where it just stops creating new GitHub issues with every new issue I submit.
2. I have not been able to reconnect the same project to GitHub again as it is missing from the dropdown. This has happened multiple times, and my fix is to archive and delete the project and create a new one. This isn't good because I keep having to tell the team to use a different project every time it disconnects itself.

Note: I think the main cause of the issue is that pressing uninstall before disconnecting doesn't fully disconnect the project.

Steps to recreate the issue:

1. Connect a Github repository to a project.
2. Click "Uninstall Github" in the integrations.
3. Click "Install Github" and select the same Github repository; you should see that it's missing from the list.

As you can see "Storealign App" is missing from the connect dropdown.
