Feature request: view image from Chat in Issue

If a image is sended in the Chat, marking a issue with @, the the issue Activity list shows the mention but not the image.

It would be interesting if the image was also shown, with possible annotations/scribbles that were made on it in the Chat.

Start by tracing how Chat images and annotations are represented, then follow how a mention is rendered in the Issue Activity list. Done means an image sent in Chat and associated with an issue mention appears in that activity entry, including any annotations or scribbles.
