Bug: sync not always working between web app and desktop app

* when I am updating an issue on the desktop app, closing it and then opening the issue the web app, I do not see the updates (i can only in the activity section)
* to be able to see the changes in the issue description section, I need to open the issue on both desktop and web app at the same time
