UI Bug: Small square appears next to inline comment in table

**Summary**

A small blue square appears next to inline comments in a table (see screenshots).

I’m viewing this document as 3 different users and the square only appears for one of the users and not for every comment, sometimes it doesn’t appear, and I can’t figure out what’s causing it.

Adding a space after the commented text seems to make it disappear.

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Add a table to a document
2. Highlight some text in the table and add a comment
