Questions about Sprints

Good afternoon I don’t understand something at all, but how to collect a team’s weekly or monthly time?

I’m creating a project, people work there, what next? Do I need to go into each card and see how much time is there and count it manually?

It’s also not clear how to conduct a sprint, here is a project with 100,500 tickets, 2 weeks have passed, some need to be deleted? some need to be sent to a new iteration, but I couldn’t find such functionality
