Keyboard shortcuts not working

### Description of the issue

I press `C` or `c` or any other shortcut and they don't work.

### Your environment

* Version of Huly: 0.6.343
* Browser (and version): N/A - AppImage version.
* Your operating system (and version): Ubuntu 24.04

### Steps to reproduce

Try to use a Keyboard Shortcut.

### Expected behaviour

For exmaple, if I press `C` it should open up a New Issue.

### Actual behaviour

Nothing happens.
