[Feature Request] Improve virtual office

Hello team,

We believe the virtual office could be improved a lot with the following features:

- Some kind of an indication of who is currently talking in the virtual office similar to meeting apps.
- Allowing open mode for personal offices as well.
- Playing a sound notification when someone enters the current room.
- A way to set status such as Available, Away, Offline etc.
