Description
Can Huly work without the cloud?
I don't like the cloud because of privacy concerns, and I find it unnecessary to store data on the cloud when I have plenty of storage on my laptop.
I also want to be able to use the software while guaranteeing that there won't be a bait-and-switch in the future where features are made "cloud only" and subject to some TOS that I don't agree with, similar to what Windows OS is doing.
I'm also tired of subscriptions and just want everything to be stored locally.

Research direction
The issue asks whether Huly can function without cloud services and keep data locally, but it names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by clarifying the offline scope and affected components; done would require an agreed implementation plan and clear criteria for local operation, storage, and cloud-independent features.
