Bug: Can't select a previously used process state color

**Summary**

When selecting a color for a process state, if you save the state with a color, then change it, you won’t be able to change it back to the color you initially selected (see attached recording).

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Navigate to settings > any tracker space type > process states
2. Select a new color for any process state and save.
3. Try to re-select the previous color and notice the save button is grayed out.

**Actual Result**

`Save` button is grayed out when selecting a previously used color.

**Expected Result**

User should be able to select from any of the colors for the process state.

> Note: I haven’t tested all possible cases yet, for example, changing color multiple times, different state statuses, custom states vs default states etc.
