Fix: Employees appear with label "Customer" even without Leads module enabled

On my 3 workspaces, employees appear with the label `Customer` even though I don’t have the Leads module enabled for any of them.

When a new user is invited and added to the workspace as an employee, the `Customer` label is not added.
