#### Description

When attempting to create a new workspace in Huly v0.6.295, the creation process gets stuck at 0% and does not progress. This issue persists even after multiple restart attempts.

#### Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Huly v0.6.295
2. Initiate the creation of a new workspace
3. Observe the creation progress indicator

#### Expected Behavior

The creation progress should advance beyond 0% and successfully complete the workspace creation.

#### Actual Behavior

The creation process remains indefinitely at 0% with no observable progress.
