Messages from the inactive tab marked as read

**Summary**

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Login to platform
2. Open Chat → Direct message with someone
3. Open new tab → Open general channel
4. Return to the first tab
5. Someone text message to general channel

**Actual Result**

In the left panel general chat will be marked as unread and the badge will immediately disappear.

**Expected Result**

In the left panel the general chat has undread message badge
