First trying of scroll of mention popup is not working

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. Type “@” inside Document on any text field, wait popup
2. Try to sroll popup

**Actual Result**

1. Scrollin stuck
2. If you try to scroll popup one more time, is working

**Expected Result**
