Unintuitive behavior of the “contacts” block in the profile

### Description of the issue
In the contacts block, adding behaves unintuitively and interaction with them is not correct in all cases

### Your environment
* 0.6.279
* Google Chrome 128.0.6613.84 (64 bit)
* Fedora Linux 40 (KDE Plasma) x86_64

### Expected behaviour
* Clicking on the email transition should have a ```mailto:mail@example.com``` link, probably if the user is in your Huly workspace, then the transition to chat with him
* When you click on a phone number there is no interaction other than copying at all, need a link, to call - ```tel:+123456789```
* In the placeholders for Github, Twitter, and Telegram, it shows that you have to enter a nickname, but if you enter it, the link click doesn't work. It works only if you enter the full link.
