Bug

**Summary**

A user shared that the checkbox on Todos/Action Items in the planner does not work - clicking the checkbox does nothing.

**Steps to reproduce:**

1. I could not reproduce it myself - see her screen recording attached
2. Navigate to Planner, check any checkbox next to a Todo

**Actual Result**

Clicking on a checkbox next to a Todo does nothing

**Expected Result**

Clicking on the checkbox should mark the Todo as “Done”
