[Bug] Color for custom process state does not persist in "All issues"

In my [huly.app](http://huly.app) workspace I created a custom process state called `Under review` with a teal color. The color appears correctly in the Tracker inside individual projects, but does not persist when viewing “All issues”. This is true for both list and kanban views.

**Steps to replicate**

1. Create a custom process state for issues (I created mine in `Classic project`) and pick a color
2. Move some issues to that process state
3. Navigate between project issues and “All issues” to observe color change
