Moving issue with sub-task to another project does not update sub-task project identifier

### Description of the issue

When moving a task with a sub-task to another project, the sub-task keeps the old project's ID.

### Your environment
* Version of huly: v0.6.230
* Browser (and version): Arc
* Your operating system (and version): Windows

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new task in project `TSK` and create a sub-task in it.
2. Create a new project `WNG`
3. Select "Move to project" in the parent task and chose the `WNG` project
4. Note how the sub-task still has the `TSK` identifier

### Expected behaviour

The sub-task's identifier is updated to `WSK`.

### Actual behaviour
