Issue description does not have value when viewed for the first time

### Description of the issue

Issue description does not have value when viewed for the first time.

### Your environment

* Google Chrome Version 124.0.6367.119 (Official Build) (arm64)
* Device

### Steps to reproduce

1. On the menu click Tracker.
2. Click new issue.
3. Enter issue Title.
4. Enter issue description and note description entered.
5. Click Create issue. (Issue is created)
6. On search type the title.
7. Open the issue.

### Expected behaviour

Issue is equal to the value entered during issue creation.

### Actual behaviour

Issue have blank description. This can be replicated by running UI automation as well.

Automation run.


Workaround is to close the issue, then reopen.
