Issue peek causes page content to collapse on window resize

If you resize the window while viewing the Issue peek, the content stays pushed to the side of the page when the window is resized.

Steps to replicate:

* hover over any issue and press `Space` to reveal Issue peek
* make window size smaller
* press `Space` to leave Issue peek
* make window size larger and notice content stays pushed to one side
