Bug: Planner and Clock not showing in selected timezone

## Description

There is a option to choose timezone. But the planner and clock not showing in the user selected timezone.

Version: Huly managed cloud version

## Impacts

Users cannot plan and work in the users' timezone.

## Expected behaviour

Time (include planner, clock, and others based on time) show in the user selected timezone.

## Screenshot

No files or tests are named. Reproduce the issue in the Huly managed cloud version by selecting a timezone, then inspect the planner and clock entry points to trace how displayed times are calculated. Done means the planner, clock, and other time-based views use the selected user timezone.
