Create button location is all over the place.

The create button is not consistently place defined on different sections of the app.

- Cards : a + without any label in a box, in the menu on the left of the screen even if the list is in a section on the right
- Contact : +Employe (or other type) on the far right of the screen as the list is on the right
- Chat : on the left, with the menu
- Tracker : big box on top of the menu on the right labeled +new issue
- Document : Big box on top of the menu on the right labeled +create document
- many sections dont have any visible way to create a new item. (hiden in setting or so other weird place)
