Disable Create Other Workspaces !

I recently got acquainted with the Huly program.
And I plan to use it as a Self-Host.
But I did not find a way to prohibit the creation of workspaces.
I can use - DISABLE_SIGNUP=true .
But I want to find a way to prevent the creation of workspaces.
Or at least limit the ability of limited people to create workspaces.
