Cannot reset account password without mailing

I found no way to reset account password without mailing, in code repo/documentation(guide me if I missed it).

- I restored backup data into our Huly server without mailing  server.
- Restored accounts from backup, cannot login with old passwords.

Any suggestion to rest password for restored accounts without OTP/recovery mailing?
