Description
Recently I noticed Sonic UltraSaturn (free fan game) having fps/lag problems with majority of Virtual Controllers, oddly it's kinda fine if I do virtual dualsense (it will lag in beginning only, then it will be fine, same as using original controllers), but the game dont support dualsense at all
I saw the same problem with PadForge, https://github.com/hifihedgehog/PadForge/discussions/350#discussioncomment-18148933 so if you want to take a look for more details, ignore the stiffness issue as it's not present in DS4Windows
thanks!

Research direction
Start by reproducing the low FPS and lag in Sonic UltraSaturn with the affected Virtual Controllers, comparing them with a virtual DualSense and original controllers. Review the linked PadForge discussion for additional details, while ignoring its stiffness issue. Done means identifying and fixing the controller-related performance problem without regressing the working controller cases.
