Description
Original request: https://github.com/schmaldeo/DS4Windows/issues/31
Steam has cool option for non-SteamDeck controllers with gyro.
Added Left and Right Stick Deflection as an option for Gyro Activation Buttons. Stick deflection is no longer considered a part of "Touch" (Cap Sense) on SteamDeck.
It makes sticks as gyro activators which activate gyro only when right/left stick is outside deadzone and disable gyro when stick cames back to deadzone. In this way gyro is disabled if we are not using sticks. Such feauture would be useful in DS4Windows.

Research direction
No files or tests are named in the issue. Start by tracing how DS4Windows handles gyro activation buttons, stick deadzones, and controller input state. Done means left and right stick deflection can independently activate gyro outside the deadzone and disable it when the stick returns within the deadzone.
