Description
Hey folks. DS4Windows + VIPER seems to be missing a lot of rumble/vibration effects as compared to PadSense.
I have set the emulation to DualSense Edge, and turned off Audio Haptic + Trigger Haptic, and everything else is default. Adaptive Triggers work, but almost 70% of the rumble is missing and never gets sent to the controller. Am I missing something or is this how it is?

Research direction
Start by reproducing the report with DualSense Edge emulation, Audio Haptic and Trigger Haptic disabled, and the remaining settings at default. Compare the rumble effects received against PadSense; the issue is done when the missing effects are identified and the controller receives the expected vibration behavior.
