Docs: Feedback for Serializing Pipelines

This page is out of date - no mention of compact. It also doesn't really make any recommendations/best practices.

Possibly you can just delete this page and point to the general serialization page.

Start with docs/modules/pipelines/pages/serialization.adoc and compare it with the general serialization page. Confirm whether the page should be updated with compact and serialization recommendations or removed in favor of a link to the general page. Done means the outdated guidance is resolved and the resulting documentation points readers to the right information.
