Docs: Feedback for Near Cache on Documenting Non-Stop Near cache as a feature

We have the ability to serve the data in the near cache even when the client is disconnected from the cluster. This is not documented but we have related internal data as well as a blogpost. See the details at: https://hazelcast.atlassian.net/browse/SUP-197

Start with docs/modules/performance/pages/near-cache.adoc, then review the internal data and blog post referenced in the issue and the SUP-197 ticket for the feature details. Done means the Near Cache page explains serving cached data while the client is disconnected from the cluster.
