Docs: Feedback for Compact Serialization

Hi, I have some feedback about [this page](https://github.com/hazelcast/hz-docs/edit/main/docs/modules/serialization/pages/compact-serialization.adoc)

Less an "issue" and more an "inconsistency." We provide class and serializer syntax for all supported clients, but only provide configuration for Java server and Java client. We should at least include links to configuration syntax for other clients.

Open docs/modules/serialization/pages/compact-serialization.adoc and review the existing class, serializer, and Java configuration sections. Locate the corresponding configuration syntax for the other supported clients and add links to their documentation. Done means the Compact Serialization page links to configuration guidance for every supported client, not only Java.
