Description
Hi, I have some feedback about [this page](https://github.com/hazelcast/hz-docs/edit/v/5.0/docs/modules/deploy/pages/scaling-and-upgrading-kubernetes.adoc).
The `kubectl scale` command doesn't work, on scalesets at least. I am using the Operator, and perhaps that's the problem? The pods start up then immediately terminate, with nothing interesting in the logs. However, if I _change_ my hazelcast values.yaml to more replicates and re-apply it, it _does_ work. It's just the `kubectl scale` command that isn't working.

Research direction
Start with docs/modules/deploy/pages/scaling-and-upgrading-kubernetes.adoc and reproduce the reported behavior using the Operator, a scaleset, and kubectl scale. Compare it with increasing replicas in hazelcast values.yaml and reapplying; the work is done when the page accurately documents the supported scaling behavior and command limitations.
