Close client to exit process gracefully

Thanks a lot for this example, it's very useful.

I thought I'd mention something I noticed when using this, which is that the process doesn't exit because the client created with `new SubscriptionClient` keeps the socket connection open.

To exit gracefully the client needs to be closed, for example by invoking its `close()` method. It may be worth adding to the docs or the examples.
