Ability for Users to Export Regression Tests

Given users spend time setting up Regression Tests, and in the unlikely event of a bug, user error, or Hasura UI deleting accidentally, we would like to be able to export locally and save.

Allow functionality so users can export their Regression Tests locally (such as, JSON format)

Start by locating the Regression Tests functionality in the Hasura UI and tracing how tests are currently stored and retrieved. Define the export format and destination, then verify that users can save their Regression Tests locally and restore or inspect the exported data without losing test configuration.
