One Click Rest Endpoint not working

CLI Version (for CLI related issue): 2.30.0

### Environment

Docker compose via hasura/graphql-engine:v2.30.0

### What is the current behaviour?

When I click the `Create REST Endpoints (NEW)` from any table, I get an error screen

### What is the expected behaviour?

I'm expecting a page to choose which REST endpoints should be created

### How to reproduce the issue?

1. Upgrade to hasura/graphql-engine:v2.30.0 docker image
2. Upgrade to hasura-cli@2.30.0
3. Open any table view in the console and click "Create REST Endpoints"
