Can not create remote schema after migration to v2.26.0

We get "Error in $: key "data" not found" error while trying to create a remote schema.

### What is the expected behaviour?

We would like to be able to create a remote schema.

Reproduce remote schema creation after migrating to server version 2.26.0 and capture the response that reports `key "data" not found`. Compare this behavior with the remote-schema creation flow before and after migration; done means a remote schema can be created successfully on the affected environment.
