## Feature Description
Hasura cloud projects can be deployed to production at any point of time with guaranteed quality of service and reliability.

## User value / outcome
Provides users the value of an API infrastructure that is always up. Unlike in V2 of Hasura, going from development to staging and finally to production usually results in restarts and some downtime. In V3, we will be introducing the notion of no restarts and zero downtime roll-outs.

With V3, users should be able to deploy within seconds and if deployment is successful then it is guaranteed successful for 100% of consumers across the globe without the need of devising and implementing complex rollout strategies.

## Current status (design, alpha, beta etc.)
One of the main properties of the new V3 system. Currently under development and will be available as early as the Beta release of V3 in June 2023

No files, tests, or entry points are identified. Start by reviewing the V3 deployment work and its current beta status, then define how zero-downtime roll-outs and deployment guarantees will be validated. Done should mean production deployment within seconds with no restarts or downtime for consumers.
