View logs in my Hasura Cloud dashboard

### Is your proposal related to a problem?

While using the Hasura console, I would like to see Hasura server logs in my cloud dashboard for a realtime feedback while developing my app and for any realtime troubleshooting when Hasura is running in production. I would like this functionality in addition to sending telemetry data over to my APM tools.
