CLI: v2.10.1: error applying metadata - trigger already exists

OSS (hasura/graphql-engine:v2.10.1.cli-migrations-v2 docker image)

### What is the current behaviour?

Spinning up a new container with pre-existing migration scripts causes fatal error and restart with the following error printed to the logs

### How to reproduce the issue?

1. Update docker-compose setup from v2.9.0 to v2.10.1
2. Run docker-compose up -d --build --force-recreate
3. During container startup the log entry above is printed and the container is restarted
