Improve dashboard UI.

### Is your proposal related to a problem?

Today I decided to take a deep dive in Hasura as I'm amazed by its features and when I got it running locally it saw the dashboard it just had a **bad and unintuitive user experience**.

### Describe the solution you'd like
To make better UI quickly without wasting your Hasura's valuable resources you can use Material UI by google or develop a UI library just like supabase did for their product.

### Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently no viable alternatives are present with complete features so well no alternatives to consider. But if it doesn't taken care by Hasura team then people will be more tempted to move to a similar product with similar features like supabase as the selling point of managed services is reducing friction and at this current they have way better UI then Hasura does.

### If the feature is approved, would you be willing to submit a PR?
It is closely related to company's brand and is better done by the people inside the company.

Note: Here I have compared Hasura to Supabase many time as they are similar products and have similar features.

No dashboard files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the dashboard UI and reviewing the current experience described here; the issue needs a defined UI scope and acceptance criteria before a newcomer can tell when it is done.
