Operations monitoring does not capture every request

https://hasurahq.medium.com/monitoring-in-hasura-d836dd663f66 says this about operations monitoring.

> Operations show you every request coming into Hasura as well as the ability to inspect all parts of the request.

However, I've noticed that many of my requests are NOT showing up in the operations monitoring tab. See attached video:

If this behavior was more consistent, it would make debugging easier.
