V2 to V3 Migration Tooling

This project seeks to achieve the following goals:

- Provide tools to facilitate migration from HasuraV2 to HasuraV3 projects
- Automate busywork involved in the migration process
- Highlight incompatible features in the user’s V2 project that will not work in V3
- Provide a framework for evolving the tools over time to stay in sync with v3 feature completeness
