Can not change own password

### What is the current behaviour?

User can not change own password. That's big issue if user's data, credentials were compromised and time is very important then.

### What is the expected behaviour?

User can change own account's password.

### How to reproduce the issue?
As logged in user go to https://cloud.hasura.io/account-settings/account-details and search to Change password feature - see no possibility to change own password.
